A Classically Rooted Greenhouse Party
If you thrive to entertain, embrace the beauty of nature, and are passionate to not negatively impact the environment, this week’s blog is going to inspire you for your next party!
The Project: We were approached by Meadowlark 1939, a breathtaking garden located in South Georgia, to do a collaboration with them as they renovated their 1800’s greenhouse. The end goal was to have a place where garden cocktail parties turned into intimate dinners with the ones we love most. A dream collaboration, right?
The history of the English inspired gardens instantly excited us due to our shared love of classically rooted designs!
The Floor Plan: In the center of the greenhouse is our favorite 120” Provence Farm Table in Saddle. This piece was inspired by the countryside lifestyle of Aix en Provence, France beautifully displaying the reclaimed wooden beams built to last for generations to come. Our No.18 and French X-back Café Chairs compliment the table where laughs and memories are shared and created. Hanging above the table, our natural dough bowls overflow with beautiful greenery and blooms bringing the greenhouse to life.
Our Saddle Agrarian Potting Table was a must-have for the greenhouse project. This versatile table features a sink with a drain, great for potting plants and storing iced beverages.
Completing the look - two of our pantry shelf units, made of salvaged iron and reclaimed wood, are paired aside one another providing ample storage space for potted plants, watering buckets, and rush baskets. This addition was truly the final touch to the renovation.
The Party Serveware You Can Trust: Each table setting features our chop block riser where a single charcuterie serving is enclosed in our elegant demijohn cloche. Our large natural dough bowl is filled with fresh tossed greens and prepared meat is served on our farm table plank, a true farm to table experience.
Let them eat cake! No great party ends without dessert. Our signature cake bar was the final touch to a beautiful gathering. Each decadent cake was served on our handcrafted cake stands paired with our recycled glass domes and cloches.
Thank you Meadowlark 1939 for showcasing the sustainable beauty of our products by entertaining organically. We are proud of the honest materials and artisanal craftsmanship that goes into our products which provide gorgeous serveware for generations.
We believe in Modern Sustainability, and it feels good.
