Shipping and Delivery

"December 15 update: We are doing our best to get your orders to you on time. Please allow for up to 3 days for all orders with in-stock items to be processed. However, there may be possible delays by delivery services beyond our control."


Our commitment to high standards extends to how we deliver our products to you. We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs. In an effort to ensure the quickest delivery, orders may be split across multiple shipments, and may not ship on the same day. You will get an email confirmation when your product(s) are shipped. 

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. 


All orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but can take up to 14 days to ship depending on the item. Some of the found or antique pieces require special shipping and delivery procedures to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery. 

For orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee may apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii or Internationally. 

For smaller package orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight or other common carriers from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia.  

Furniture Delivery

Furniture purchases are made to order and all items are non-refundable and non-returnable, no exceptions. Once your items are are available in our warehouse, we will promptly ship your order. 

For furniture shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Freight from our warehouse in Atlanta. You will be given a shipping rate at checkout for these items. Delivery will usually have to be scheduled, especially for residential deliveries.

Furniture typically arrives 10-14 weeks after your order has been processed. Please note that it may take longer to arrive depending on possible yet unusual Customs delays which are out of our control.


Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled. You will be charged for the total order, including items on backorder. 

In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we will be sure to ship everything else. This means your shipment may come in multiple packages. No additional charges will be billed for the shipping of your backordered item when it becomes available.
