Easy Homemade Pizza Recipe

Roll your sleeves up, wash your hands, and pull the fresh ingredients out for a personalized meal the entire family will love. In honor of National Pizza Day and the launch of our new Italian Charcuterie Boards, there is no better way to celebrate than through a delicious homemade pizza. The best part of the recipe is it's made with lots of love with the additional touch from your sous chefs. 

Get the entire family in the kitchen for pizza night with this easy, homemade pizza dough recipe, guaranteed to create lots of laughs and memories. Hot from the oven, serve your lightly browned pizza on our new Italian Charcuterie Boards available in a variety of shapes and sizes for every family's needs. Ingredients:

1 C water (heated to 100 degrees)

1 T olive oil

1 T sugar

1 envelope rapid-rise instant yeast

1 3/4 C all-purpose flour

1 C white whole wheat flour

A dash of paprika

1/4 C finely grated parmesan cheese

1 t salt

 

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk water, olive oil, sugar and yeast in a small bowl. Let set 5 minutes to allow yeast to proof.  

2. Combine flours, paprika, parmesan and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Add yeast mixture to flour and stir until combined. Knead dough until it comes together.

3. Divide dough into four equal parts. On a floured surface, roll the dough into individual size pizza rounds.

4. Top with loads of your favorite pizza fixings and bake for 15 minutes.

Serves 4
