WHOLESALE: ORDERING + PAYMENT


We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number, as well as an email confirmation which includes your order number and order total. 

 

1. ordering minimums 

etúHOME by Europe2You requires a firm $1,000 minimum opening order and a $500 reorder minimum. Our minimum quantity per item varies per piece, so please refer to individual items. 

2. methods of payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,  and PayPal. Your order will be charged to your selected method of payment at the time of order. 

3. sales tax

All qualified stores, e-commerce websites, interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants and caterers are invited to join the etúHOME Wholesale Program. Upon registration confirmation, your company will be exempt from sales tax. 

You will be required to submit proof of the following:

  • Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)
  • Resale or Sales Tax Certificate number
  • Interior Design Certification/Major Design Organization identification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC, ASID, IIDA, AIA, APLD, ASLA, CID, IDS) 

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.

Once a wholesale customer, your trade status will be recognized both online at etuhome.com and at any of our showroom locations.

4. price adjustments

If you have purchased items that went on sale 24 hours from your purchase date, we will gladly offer you a one–time price adjustment on full-price purchases only. Please contact us with an original invoice within 2 days of original purchase.

5. payment issues

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order. 

6. promotional codes

We are pleased to offer promo codes throughout the year to our customers. Please note that these codes cannot be applied after purchase. We kindly ask that you ensure your promo code has been applied correctly to your order total prior to purchase. If you have any difficulties applying this code prior to purchasing, please contact our office and we can assist you.
