RETAIL: SHIPPING + DELIVERY


Our commitment to high standards extends to how we deliver our products to you. We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs. In an effort to ensure the quickest delivery, orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. 

1. delivery

All orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but can take up to 14 days to ship depending on the item. Some of the found, antique pieces require special shipping and delivery procedures to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery. 

For orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee may apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii or internationally. 

2. furniture delivery

Furniture orders are made to order and all items are non-refundable and non-returnable, no exceptions. All payments shall be made with a Credit Card. Once your items are are available in our warehouse, we will promptly ship your order. 

For orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Freight from our warehouse in Atlanta. You will be given a shipping rate at checkout for these items. Delivery will usually have to be scheduled, especially if delivering to a residence.

Furniture typically arrives 10-14 weeks after your order has been paid. Please note that it may take longer to arrive depending on possible yet unusual customs delays which are out of our control.

3. backorders

You will be charged for the total order, including items on backorder. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled.

In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email info@etuhome.com.

No additional charges will be billed for the shipping of your backordered item when it becomes available. 

4. international shipping

We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
