Place your etúHOME order online at www.etuhome.com and select curbside pickup at checkout. Please note, backordered items are not available for curbside pickup. You will receive a pickup confirmation email within 48 hours if your items are available at our store. If your items are currently not available at our store, we will ship your items to the store and you will receive a pickup confirmation email within 7 days. We will hold your order for up to 5 days. If you're unable to pickup during the 5 day timeframe, we will have to cancel your order.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive a an order confirmation email with your order summary and details. This does not mean your order is ready for pick up. You'll receive a separate email notification when your order is ready. Remember to check your junk folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure you receive your order notifications. Please wait for your ready of pickup notification before heading to the store.
How long will the store hold my order?
Once your order is ready for pickup, the store will hold it for up to 5 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled and your method of payment will not be charged.
I can't pick up my order within the given timeframe, how can I request an extension?
Please contact us directly at (770) 998-7175 to schedule a 24 hour extension.
What should I bring with me when I pick up my order?
