You will receive a pickup confirmation email within 48 hours if your items are available at the store. If your items are currently not available at the store, we will ship your items to the store and you will receive a pickup confirmation email within 7 days.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order summary and details. This does not mean your order is ready for pick up. You'll receive a separate email notification when your order is ready. Remember to check your junk folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure you receive your order notifications. Please wait for your pickup notification before heading to the store.
How long will the store hold my order?
Once your order is ready for pickup, the store will hold for one week. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled and your method of payment will not be charged.
I can't pick up my order within the given timeframe, how can I request an extension?
Please contact the store directly to schedule an extension.
What should I bring with me when I pick up my order?
Please have the order number and name associated to the order available.
